Honestly I don't think so. I was hitting up dozens of ICQ contacts and only once I got a reply, like in a week or two after I messaged
But on the other side - I'm eventually registering accounts at paysite affiliate programs and 90% of signup forms have ICQ field
That's why I'm curious actually
