How about creating an Electrum or Trezor wallet, for Bitcoin, backing it up in multiple locations, then deleting the wallets from any devices. So the only way to access the BTC is from your seed phrases that you have stored (in only offline locations, ofc). You can use CryptoSteel for the seeds. That'd be cold as fuck.
