I thought another good thing was reporting.
I was surprised to see that recently a handful of
senders showed up with a different name (some with name of their aff program others with a name that doesn't relate to anything I know).
When I asked support they said that the companies changed names. It is very unlikely that several companies changed name at the very same time. My guess is that they made a change in the back-end and the field that is now used for "Sender" comes from the Trading Name entered at registration time rather than the Company Name.
As if it wasn't troubling enough, that change took effect on all previous statements. I was under the impression that financial statements were immutable. So now all activities from A show up as B.
