But I know what you mean, I have an export business and my largest customer is in the Nederlands, in Aalsmeer. I used to go every year up until 9/11.
But I was referring to taxes and regulations on starting a new company, they even limit you how many days you can stay open, hell even building a house is a nightmare from what my friends tell me that live there.
But I still like it for a week at a time. I don't know how I could handle living there permanently though. I'd try it, but I would probably lose or piss off my customers.

Although taxes are high, regulations really aren't that bad. If you are the sole owner of your business, you can start an "eenmanszaak", which only requires a short registration with the chamber of commerce and semi-formal book-keeping. Restrictions on staying open only apply to physical stores, but depending on the city you live in, those can be pretty easy to get around.
