PHP upgrade is never a problem. Your client can simply email in and we will upgrade to their desired version. If you would like access to someone's account, your client can grant you access to support tickets as well, they just need to ask.
As of right now, I see one ticket regarding PHP. If you inspired that, Simply ask them to grant you support access.
