$300 a month for 6 to 8k unique a day is low for a blog. For a tube site that might be fine but for a blog you are way off. With those numbers you should be aiming to sell at least 3 sponsored posts a month. Your target is about 1 sponsored post for every 2k uniques you have per day. Limited availability will also drive up your price. Every one of these guys will try and negotiate. Don't. Set your price and stick with it no matter what.
