ok let me get a couple of things sorted out here...
http://www.house.gov/berman/p2p_faq.html
now the whole act of the the anti p2p act H.R. 5211 by congressman berman allows the copyright owners to view the contents of your machine in order to find out if anything of their "product" is on your machine.
now the act does allow you to sue back if the copyright owners are being retarted with their actions under the section:
"Does this bill protect computer users against overzealous or unscrupulous copyright owners that might abuse the safe harbor the bill provides? "
pretty much says that you can do a big tattle-tale fight like a 3yr old back and forth. seriously what the hell is goin on today with sueing people back and forth. guess the whole freedom of information and speech doesnt exist as strongly as it use to be.
sure i love p2p software and with music like most people want only a couple of songs not the whole album just to get a little tast of things.
guess that's just what we got to live with now a days in society.
