1) Go to coinbase.com
2) Open an account.
3) Select BTC and buy whatever amount you need.
4) Wait for it to hit your wallet
5) Select the amount you want to send, enter their email, and hit sent.

*** Yes I know there are many other ways to do it but this is the easy version for a guy who clearly has no experience in the crypto game.
