Studies have shown humans may concentrate better when chewing gum, which I completely believe to be true.

When I was living in the States, I would order Falim brand gum off Amazon. It's made in Turkey and has little to no taste, but is hard to chew and lasts longer than usual sugar-free gum and was the best chewing gum I've had for the purpose of hard chewing.
I'm out of the gum now and can only find the usual flimsy gum such as Dentyne, Eclipse, Trident at grocery stores here in Mexico which loses its rigidity after about 10 minutes of chewing.
So now, I've started chewing natural flavored dog treat sticks. I bought these Ol' Roy dog chew treats at the grocery store which cost $1.25 for a pack of 10
Unfortunately, they get soggy after about 20 minutes of hard chewing.
I've seen commercials for this product Jawzrsize, but I'd rather chew with my back molars instead of my front incisors.
I've also seen these 'Sensory Chew Stick Toys (5 Pack) - Designed for ADHD, Autism, SPD, Oral Motor Stimulation, Special Needs - Extra Tough Sensory Oral Motor Chew Tool for Aggressive Chewer' made of silicone which they claim to be non-toxic.

I drink a lot of liquid protein and meal replacement shakes, which reduces my chewing. I try to eat beef steaks every other day, even though studies show we may not live as long by eating so much red meat.
3/4 of men would rather die earlier than give up eating beef steaks.

I'm trying to achieve a Henry Cavil-tier jaw line.
Anyone have any experience or recommendations with these type of products?
