They say music sales suffer from people downloading MP3s... Maybe they should get some more talent instead of suing kids for their milk money. People will still buy the whole album, if the music is good. The kids who download excessive MP3s everyday or whatever, wouldn't be buying the CDs anyway. I download MP3s because I don't have a 100 disc CD Rom, it's easier to listen to them that way when I am at my computers. I still buy the CDs.

uh, let's say you have a paysite with an exlusive model. Then people starts posting your pics everywhere for free and use the same argument;
"People will still buy memberhip to the whole site, if the site is good. The kids who download excessive pics/vids everyday or whatever, wouldn't be buying memberships anyway.
