Just joined with ccbill, however there was some problem with part 2 of the application form....I sent them an email over 14 hours ago but i've yet to receive a reply from them.
Is this kind of service the norm ? with most other billers (except ibill who are a joke) i get a reply within 1-2 hours which i expect if there is some problem with my site. 14 hours without billing could really put a large whole in the days takings.

Just so you know, when you do send something directly to one of us, there may be a delay in response because we are only in the office for 8-10 hrs a day individually. If you copy in either
