There are tools available to content producers which work even on a low budget, like submitting links from non-complying sites to Google for de-listing.
I use DMCA Force and they offer this feature as a part of their service and it's effective. Stripping away their traffic is a slow death until I'm able to shut them down completely.

I wish you the best of luck but none of this is true, and dmca forces little emails do nothing, it can get de-listed but it will be posted again an easy bot or wordpress plugin does this for you. As for seizing a domain thats hilarious.
