Hello from Florida -- Just making the obligatory introduction post:

I came across this place while I was doing research for a content production company I'm starting up called Unusual Cinema.

After lurking around the boards for a bit, I can see that there are a lot of heavy hitters and good people to learn from in here. I just hope that I have something of value to offer the community as well.

This my first real foray into an adult business. I worked in porn production almost 20 years ago when I lived in Van Nuys, but I didn't run the company / and it was a long ass time ago.

I have a good bit of experience with video production (I used to produce local tv commercials), but I still have some questions about some basic stuff like 2257 compliance, custodians, etc. that might be best answered by people that are doing it.

Recently, I've been working with non-adult marketing agencies to help with conversion-rate-optimized WordPress designs, graphic design, and other strategic marketing services (like email, marketing automation, project management with Notion, etc). Like most of the entrepreneurs here, I'm primarily focused on conversion rates and direct sales.

But my primary goal is to convert to adult work full-time. I understand that it's different from what I'm used to and that it presents its own challenges... But I can't deal with the mainstream world anymore. Haha.

I'm sure I'm going to learn a whole hell of a lot from this community. And I'll do my best to be a helpful contributor as well.
