lol, when I worked there, it was worse than that. Like, I was half supporting it but officially not during the OSX 10.4 Tiger days, when Bootcamp was still beta. It also only supported XP or Vista, too, which Vista was worse than 7 imho.
It was also kind of annoying dealing with the Intel switch from the start. Lots of people complaining that things like Adobe products didn't work, and I'm all like "Adobe just, didn't make it yet, idk" and I got blamed a lot for some reason..
Sometimes fun things happened, though, like this one batch of Mac Pros that had something wrong with the power supplies, so when someone turned it on, it blew and sounded like a shotgun and we had to send out a lot of replacements lol.
