word to the wise, dont let any hosting company have this much control over your files. none of them should be going thru your files looking for content. that is a mortal sin in hosting.

you should have backups. if they suspend you, run it on another host. they are a dime a dozen.

hosts should delete files of suspended or cancelled accounts, not look thru their files. i don't even look at my client's sites unless they ask for help. i'd be questioning the data privacy policy after this comment.

you probably would have been better off not trying to pitch so much in one thread. why even discuss DMCA if you are trying to pitch business? poor sales logic here
