there's a lot to unpack here. first of all , those are expensive bullshit places to move. try Thailand, Costa Rica, Cambodia.
second, what are you trying to get out of the move: friends? business? cheaper costs? tons of cheap sex?
if your goal is to get out of the matrix, then you need a 3rd world country. they aren't in the matrix. if you are wanting to be greeted, that's also very easy and continuous in the 3rd world. just keep paying for shit
