She needs to do shows on a regular basis, at a set time.
She should have a twitter profile linked up so people follow her on twitter. She can say when you is going to go online.
She needs to experiment to see what works for her.
It will also help if her room is well lighted and she uses a decent webcam. The ones built into a laptop tend to suck.
