A couple of years ago I had a guy rip 3 of my avs sites completely, along with a couple of friends sites. This guy even used our logo's and advertised a pay site offering all five sites for the price of one..
His hosts did f**k all but CCBill closed his account in an instant when they received the DMCA notice.. So contact them asap with all the info.. I presume you have a DMCA notice form. If not, I have this on line to help wm's:
