ADxAD team is looking for Senior Sales Manager.

ADxAD Ad Network is an RTB-based network operating in dating, gambling, betting, nutra, e-commerce, crypto and several other verticals, providing traffic in Tier-1 and SEA geos. ADxAD offers advertisers the ability to engage and target consumers across multiple ad formats including banners, pop-unders, pushes and native ads.

In the Senior Sales Manager position your goal will be to identify and qualify high potential client opportunities. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for pipeline management, lead generation and driving revenue through client communications, while working remotely. The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive, self-motivated, proven digital sales professional with a relevant background in one or several of above-mentioned verticals.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts (mostly B2B);
  • Identify key partners' needs through daily communications and customer development sessions;
  • Onboard clients to the platform;
  • Help with setting up and optimizing client's campaigns;
  • Report, keep track of the pipeline in our CRM system, maintain financial records;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients;
  • Travel when necessary to meet clients in person at industry conferences;
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis, networking;
  • Onboard, mentor and train new employees (once you are comfortable with it).

Qualifications:
  • CPM Ad Networks experience 3+ years, experience in gambling/betting segments;
  • Deep understanding of digital market, knowledge of key players;
  • Familiar with traffic optimization approaches, previous affiliate experience would be great;
  • Knows to tell the difference between CPA, CPM and CTR without googling it;
  • Understands the principles of tracking traffic, can explain what is a postback;
  • Can engage in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on clients needs;
  • Result-oriented, solicitous, proactive;
  • Proficient English.
