Agreed there was a big drop following an update and traffic has gone down. It is an investment. If someone can put time into the project, the site makes £10K a month easy. I made 6K in 3 months of advertising.
The lowest I am willing to accept is around £4K and for that you are getting 2 websites, 2 domains and 1 of these sites makes money
