As I have said mollysims.com seems to be a fashion brand. They may not take any notice of you, but last thing you want is a big legal problem if they moan your name is impacting on there brand.

Indeed one problem is if your fans search for your name 'mollysims' they may only see the mollysims.com site. And as such you may miss out on sales.
