you are best to keep it, as the chance of you getting someone offering what you want is probably very slim.
I also suspect the domain name is not as hot as you claim, but I look forward to you posting it, so we can see.
Do I take it you do not own the name and just hoping to get a % of the sale? If so, if anyone does want the domain name, may I suggest you bypass this chap and go directly to the owner rather than paying % extra for him to simply post this thread.
