well good luck - there are 2 brokers that people know in this industry (good or bad) and if anyone is selling/buying they trust them. I've seen most of the posts you've made and still don't have a clear idea as to who you are other than you're not in the industry.
Perhaps webmasters and potential clients should be vetting you first before looking at any URL's you may be selling for over a million. I mean even your own domain
