You can report content theives to most top lists that they're participating in and they'll sometimes respond, btw. List traffic is almost as good as Google's though and I'm not going to attempt justifying using it.

Babehunter and I are very well aquainted.
And the reason I mentioned "hard link" was it sounded to me you like you were linking straight non script urls without a code as to help with se page rank. where in fact you are getting toplist placement credits going thru a script. To me a hard link is a link that links to a html page not a script.
