Exactly.. Hire about 5 guys and girls.. send them out to other clubs or restaraunts that cater to the same croud your looking for..and let them loose.. They can sit at a table and say "boy oh boy, I ate at blah blahblah and it was soooo good, probebly the best euopean restaurant ive ever been too"
