Larry Flynt did a parody about a person, a public person. He did not get sued for using a trademarked name.
Secondly, I am sorry, but there is no way in hell that you are going to convince me that you did not know what a Slurpee was, and that the name just came to you.
Of course this argument is irrelevant seeing as how he has already followed my suggestion and changed it to Dick Slurper.
