Even though everyone will tell you that Tier 1 is the traffic you need to focus on ( I 100% agree with that ) I`ll try to answer your question because I have a lot of Tier 2/3 traffic as well.
- I convert a lot of people
- They spend very little
- They mostly sign up when there is a promo offer (free tokens)
- Camsoda performs best for me when we are talking about Latin traffic
- Stripcash when it comes to Easter Europe and Russia traffic
- Chaturbate when it comes to Middle east traffic.
