I had 6000 uniques 12 hours into the day and the next hour it got to 6100... and since than this has been the case

It wasn't clear from your previous messages that you actually had access to analytics or any insights.
So you're saying you can show screenshot that you actually send those 12K hits to CB but they only count 1500 ?
