How do you choose who to trade cross sells with?
Let's say you open a webmaster program... how do you decide who to use for cross sells?
What if you send them 20 cross sales in a week and they send you 50... how does that whole thing work? Wouldn't you want to trade cross sales with people who can send the same amount as you can? Wouldn't the other side dump you if you didn't send enough?
Any thoughts?
