There's lots of advice here, some good, some bad.
Here's what came to my mind:
1) Your join page is awful. Even if someone wanted to sign up, I don't think they would figure out how... I'm amazed that anyone at all clicked on that verotel banner, all your random payment banners look like a list of garbage at the bottom of the page. It is not inuitive to click on "100% real amateurs" to pay either.
2) You won't be profitable buying banners, people like me will outbid you every time with funnels that have been proven to return the highest EPC over years. I haven't seen your banners, but I am guessing they are awful and no one will click them.
3) If you have all this exclusive content, chop it up and upload it to all the tubes. Make sure your titles and descriptions hit all the search keywords since they rank for your terms ("underwater sex" on google brings up xvideos, pornhub, and xhamster).
4) For something weird and nichey like this, gifs are your friend. Figure out how to make an attention grabbing 2-3 second gif and upload it to all the porn gif sites.
