Nice concept.
But man, your website needs some work. It doesn't look "very sexy". A more visually appealing website, combined with a fast, exciting, 60 seconds highlights trailer, will likely help bring up the sign-up ratio. There's just a whole lot of room for improvements in terms of all the visual content (the editing, logo, web and graphics design etc).
By the way, ever considered or looked into the Insta 360 one RS camera? It's a tiny cam (ala GoPro), only costs around $500, shoots in 5.7K and has a 360 degree wide-angle lens.
Plus, the cam comes with user-friendly editing software (+ Adobe Premiere plugins), which allows you to rotate the frame in 360 degrees while playing your video footage afterwards, and "choose" the final angle of the shot in post production, rather than while you're recording. Check here:

Perhaps it could give you much more freedom in editing if you would combine the GoPro with a 360 cam like that (and just let it record the whole time, while you frame that footage later on).
The cam can even be used as a regular GoPro style camera by swapping the lens. Pretty cool toy, can recommend...
