Once I was the first car at a stop light, and there was an accident right in front of me. Sure enough, the car that caused took off. Well, I would have thought the same thing. Why would they go and get themselves a license and make themselves known, but today when they showed all the 1000's of them rallying around the Governor and cheering him on, it was.....well unreal! So, its 'seems' as though yes, they are wanting the right to get a driver's license. Whether they follow through with it and actually take the test or not I don't know.
btw- they also were only showing this on spanish TV, no english. They did not want "us" to know he was signing that today. I was listening on talk radio where they were interpreting it all.
