Good work, Kayla! But please don't get caught up in an unrealistic eating plan like less than 10g of carbs a day. Do you think you'll be able to sustain that for the rest of your life? I can understand wanting to kickstart your diet & get the motivation going...but I hope you'll strive for a good balance of healthy, normal eating & exercise.
I've found little things like eating protein bars instead of chocolate bars...doing weights while I'm watching tv...getting in my cardio first thing in the morning...all add up to a big difference without feeling like work.
