Hello,

Looking to buy tubes and other adult sites. Ideally, your site would be worth around 100-200k USD for it to be the best possible fit for my budget.

Ideally:

1. High % of US/UK/EU traffic. US is best
2. High % of organic traffic or loyal direct traffic
3. Site should be old. 4+ years. The older, the better. 10+ years would be a big bonus.
4. Not monetized with pops. I don't think pops have a bright future. (If you use pops, fine, but I will discount the revenue somewhat)
5. Ideally not monetized with a premium membership. Ads only would be best.
6. Bonus points if traffic is growing or trending sideways.
7. The site should take minimal time to run. Just one person full-time, max.
8. The tech stack / CMS shouldn't be a complete clusterfuck.
