the best way for a "upcoming webmaster" to learn to be a webmaster is to earn their money the way everyone does and then spend it like the rest of the not upcoming webmasters do just my
design rates are already low enough with all the designers outside of the USA designing at pure pennys, and then people wonder why their design didn't turn out as well as they would of liked it all goes back to the triangle
