Nope, but the default theme is more or less the same as vB3, just modern.
XenForo was made by former vB devs, so even the color scheme resembles vB3.
XenForo community forum uses the default theme, so it's what you can expect... there are lots of theme devs, though: ThemeHouse, PixelExit, XenFocus... just depends on your budget. If you'd rather use the default theme, you can change the colors easily...
