So if I'm understanding this correctly:
1) You met someone online.
2) You went into business with them.
3) You invested a ton of money.
4) Company was formed and stuff was worked on.
5) Dude you met left said company.
6) Dude dissolved company he formed.
7) You didnt have any type of legal contract or attorney involved.
Not really seeing where there is a problem here, other than not making sure you had a contract and business agreement in place should you get fucked over by someone you met online and went into business with.
Sure, it sucks, but you learned a life lesson about going into 'business' with randos without any legal representation
