Kayla - you're incredibly hot with or without the weight loss, an outrageously sexy lady! I just wanted to make the point that going below 20 grams of carbs per day won't speed up the weight loss and might actually slow it! Get those 20 grams in and try to keep them from veggies to get your optimum pytonutrients, Meni was right in that once you get close to target weight add in foods working up the glycemic index (a breakfast of greek yoghurt and blueberries is yummy!).
Good luck girl - I've lost 35 pounds this summer on 20 grams a day, but I've been drinking too (slows down the loss).
