best way to build up mass on your chest, and anywhere for that matter is to bust your fuckin ass in the gym....
do build mass, do 6 sets with adequate resting inbetween each, with barbell.. on flat and incline... then do dumbell flies either on flat or incline, and then do cables, from the top or the bottom.
so as an example:
chest week 1
-flat bar, 6 sets, 12x, 10x, 7x, 4x, 6x, 8x (pyramiding up, then down)
-incline bar, (same thing)
-dumbell flies on flat (roughly same thing, except more reps on the 3rd 4th and 5th set)
-cables w/ handles on the bottom 4 sets
chest week 2
-flat dumbell press, same pyramiding scheme
-incline dumbell press, same pyramiding scheme
dumbell flies
-cables w/ handles on top.
thats generally what i do... every so often i'll throw in decline.
and then most importantly, is what you eat... all about protein.. .need lots of chicken, tuna, eggs, etc etc.
