But they WILL figure it out, because they have no choice but to figure it out. It's not re-inventing the wheel, i'm sure they have people that worked in the field and know how to do it. Maybe it will take a month, maybe 6, but they will figure it out. They were working on own CPU and stuff as well... they must have expected the sanctions - albeit maybe not so quickly - but they are in a better position then other countries should those other countries face similar sanctions.
