Mike, do you happen to have a phone number or email contact to someone in DirectNIC's legal department? I have a problem with someone who stole one of our domains despite having our account having high security settings and the person I've been dealing with (Jim Macallum) seems to be taking his merry time while we've lost a valuable domain.
