its real simple did this back in the alladvantage days at college.
We had 2000 students living on campus. I took a standard size 8x11 piece of paper and put a dollar sign on it. The dollar sign took up 85% of the page. Under that I put a url for a domain I fowarded to my alladvantage code. I made 2000 copies and placed it under everyones door on campus. I had 600 people signup under my code within 3 days.
To add to motivation part (i never did this part so im curious as to how it will work). Make a piece of paper and put a big heart on it and write "find love", and link it to a domain so you can track how many hits it gets. Do the same for the $ paper and write "make money".
Compare which motivates college students more Money or Love. Maybe survey them if they are male/female, etc...
