He did mean to steal it. This is what happened, on more than one occassion. Hungryman outsourced design work 'cause he had "too much work." As vid has suggested, this is not the case. He was actually too damn lazy and unmotivated to do it himself. That and the fact that he's a hack designer, incapable of doing the work required. But that's not the point. Instead of doing the designs himself, he outsourced the jobs to other capable designers for a 50% cut. The client pays hungry the money. Very first thing he should do is pay the designer the 50% he is owed. Right then, he should have payed. He did not. Remember, this didn't happen just once. This happened many times. On top of that theft, the 50% that hungry never paid to at least one designer, wasn't even 50% of what the client paid for the design, so he was fucking him over in two directions.
The man is a fat, miserable, scamming, lying piece of shit. By the way, the desings he never paid for. They're still in his portfolio. This is after he said he'd remove them. The standard of design is literally miles beyond anything hungryman is capable of.
Hungryman is all about image. He wants to pick people up from the airport in limos. He wants to organise and attent webmaster conventions and get his cock sucked at some party. Anything to attain that big pimpin' image he so desires. He is not about ethics. He is not about anything that makes one a good person. Hungryman is pond scum, through and through.
