I just read their TOS and the news posts they have on their webmaster area.. very sad.
The saddest thing is they convert better than most of the other Email programs, but resorting to terminating accounts when others post about them is using bullying tactics and I hope they reconsider this policy.
I have stories about them, after months every thing is resolved, but only because I am a vetern I knew better than go on the boards and post about it.
IF you guys have that in your TOS, you should also leave a recourse for the webmasters who slip through your giant crack of an accounting department and end up haveing to deal with the runaround for months from your support. How about if that happens you will double the webmasters payout?
