I put together a package for a client who wishes to advertise on one of my sites and everything was agreed upon. Then I get an e-mail telling me to send over an IO

WTF is an IO? Is it an insertion order? If so, where can I find a template..I usually just handled this stuff over the phone or faxed a small contract with the terms.
