His fuckups go beyond the norm though, and at some point you have to stop making excuses for people. Sure Hungry is a nice guy in person, but he's a COMPLETE FUCKUP as far as business is concerned.. and if he has chosen not to learn a lesson by now, perhaps some bitter truth will instill it in him a little deeper than just a fleeting thought.
