uh, who said that Clinton? As far as I know, "respond today" doesnt mean invade them today... And as far as I know, nearly all nations agreed that Saddam represented a possible threat... thats why inspectors returned.... As for the WMD statement... well maybe Clinton should have used the term "with possibly" ... Clinton is not perfect..
For the world war exemple... my point was that it can happen again... dont use history as proof that everything will be alright... THe world is continualy evolving...
