I agree, you have to do "power" exercises as well.
I don't agree with ONLY doing dumbbells.
Sure dumbbells are wicked, I use the more than the bar, but you NEED the bar to get the power.
Same as cheat curls and anythign else. Don't do ONLY them, but if you rip a few off to develop power, you're doing yourself a favour.
I love non-focused exercises as a change. Clean and press is WICKED. It helps you all around.
