Usually, Animation that features realistic faces are creepy because they fall into the
"uncanny valley" . The face in your video is a little realistic so it feels just a little creepy, but only slightly. What is more creepy though is the voice.
The voice doesn't sound happy or sad, but its expression seems sinister. If you replaced "I'm a pretty little girl" for "You're a pretty little girl", it will sound creepy as hell.
Is the character supposed to be happy? Or sad? Is "You're a pretty little girl" mean to be self-affirming? Or self convincing? Or re-assuring? Or just a statement? I assume its just a statement because the character looks confident and comfortable already, so if its just a statement or just self-assuring statement, then its the voice expression that makes it creepy or at least, mismatched.
