For me, when it comes to filming I only use professionals booked through agencies. I willingly pay the fee to the agent. I also only use the biggest agencies, not some creepy dude who calls himself a "recruiter".
Also: film everything from multiple angles from the second the actress appears until the second she leaves, perhaps even longer (to show how you store and protect the just shot footage). You can monetize this as BTS. But tell the performer before they show up exactly what you want to do, how you want to do it, etc. Then go over it all again, exactly, on camera with them before any actual sexual content is filmed. Any doubts at all, any hesitancy on the girl's part, cancel the shoot. Pay the kill fee, thank her, watch her leave (all on camera) and write it off.
